Upon purchasing this listing, the fun begins! Hailey will be in touch with you within one (1) business day (Monday-Friday) via the email you provide during your purchase (please check your junk folder and/or make “thefoiledplan@hotmail.com” a safe sender in your email contacts. 
 
You will email your chosen inspiration picture(s) as a jpeg or png image. Hailey will use these inspiration images to digitally hand-draw your portrait. Please ensure that your picture is not cropped (ie. top of your head isn’t missing). 
 
See below for processing times. When finished, you will receive your custom drawing via email! You're custom portrait will likely be shared on @thefoiledplan and/or @thefoiledsvg instagram pages. If you have a page for your business, be sure to inform Hailey during email communications, so your page can be "tagged". If you prefer your portrait not to be shared, please let Hailey know!

WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE:
This is not a physical product, you will receive a digital download of one (1) custom hand-drawn digital portrait. This portrait will be emailed to you upon completion (see wait times listed below). This email will include your portrait in two (2) file types. You will receive your portrait as a JPEG image with a white background (unless otherwise specified), as well as a PNG image with a transparent background (perfect for adding to a business card or your social media)!
 
HOW LONG WILL YOUR PORTRAIT TAKE:
These custom handmade drawings take a minimum of 5 hours to complete. Due to the time-intensive nature of these drawing, there is a maximum wait time of 2 weeks (following inspiration pictures being sent), before your portrait is drawn and emailed to you. The design will likely be completed earlier, however it will never take longer than 2 weeks. If you require a design sooner, let's chat! A rush order fee may apply.
 
Hailey will also reach out to you before the final proofs are sent, so that she can make any changes you like!
 
TIPS FOR CHOOSING INSPIRATION PICTURES:
Select a photo that has clear details, pixilated pictures will result in less detailed drawings or may be unusable (this can also slow down the drawing process)
Avoid cropped photos so that all of your lovely features can be drawn appropriately!
 
WHAT ARE THE APPROVED USES FOR YOUR PORTRAIT:
You're custom portrait can be used for your business (ie. logo, business cards,  business promotion etc). Feel free to print your portrait, share it on social media, etc. 
 
WHAT IS NOT APPROVED:
The design cannot be altered in any way. You may add business name however the drawing itself, cannot be altered. You may not resell the design (ie. art print, digital download, etc). You may not claim to be the artist of the drawing.
