Shop Policies

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Downloadable Product: Due to the nature of instant downloads, refunds, returns and exchanges will not be permitted on these purchases. However, if you experience any issues with your downloadable purchase, please contact the shop owner via the Contact page.

 

Physical Product: If there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please reach out to us via the "Contact" page on our website. We would love to make it right!  

 

Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for a product of equal value, if there is a non-seller related issue with your order (ie. incorrect size ordered). These exchanges will be processed once item has been returned. Please note, shipping charges may be applicable. Connect with us via the "Contact" page on our website to discuss.

Shipping Policy:

Due to the handmade nature of items, processing time varies and is listed individually on each shop item. Please note, this processing time excludes weekends and Canadian Holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you've purchased a custom item, shop owner will be in contact via your provided email, to firm up details relating to your order.

 

We offer International Shipping and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. Shipping time is based on whichever shipping option you choose at checkout. Local in-store pick up is also an option, by appointment only. Delivery is not an option at this time.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Foiled Plan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
